EINSTEIN'S DREAMS
MICROZINE
“Einstein’s Dreams” is a collection of fictional stories written by Alan Lightman about the dreams of Albert Einstein. Creating something symbolic, while telling a story is not a small task. The story, told through narrative, must also be told through its visuals. This microzine embodies my visual interpretation of the story.
GENERATING TEXTURE
Texture was created by scanning objects which were placed in Photoshop to be cropped, color enhanced, and superimposed to create the effect of motion.
PRINT
This microzine is saddle-stitched using a gloss stock allowing the colors to pop. It showcases the theme of motion and energy in the story.
PULL QUOTES + BODY COPY
Using bold, clean typography, the pull quotes take text from the story and make them visually pop on the page. The theme of motion is created by misaligned text.
